HCR 20                                                                       
A message dated March 31, 2000, was read stating the Governor is               
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:           
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 20                                            
Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of
